One of the most advanced coffee roasting facilities in Russia, offering coffee from over 30 different countries. Since 2015, they have been roasting coffee using domestic "Vector" roasters, with a maximum capacity of 60kg. The beans go through several stages of quality control and cleaning, utilizing two color sorters for green and roasted beans. The storage conditions for green beans are maintained by the best moisture and temperature control system available. The nitrogen system extends the shelf life of roasted beans for consumers.

The head barista prepares recipes for publication, covering everything from the seasonal aspects of coffee to the timeless classics of brewing.
