The company's inception in 2019 began as a passion project by Rutger, evolving into a team of eight dedicated individuals from diverse backgrounds, all sharing a deep enthusiasm for continuous learning and coffee expertise. Comprising seasoned roasters, baristas, cuppers, and service professionals, they collectively work towards their shared vision.

Their approach revolves around the mission of providing an extensive selection of exceptional specialty coffee lots. These lots are carefully sourced through long-standing relationships with producers, expertly roasted by their experienced team, and released under various Series.

Presently, they offer their coffees through 11 different Series, each carefully chosen to match specific taste profiles. These Series serve as a guide for sourcing and roasting the world's finest coffees, with each Series seeing 4–5 releases annually. These releases may include coffees from trusted long-term producer relationships or from new and exciting producers.

Each Series represents a distinct taste profile and showcases different seasonal microlots throughout the year, offering a range from Big & Bold to Wild & Funk, with each one named after beloved pop-culture references and possessing its own unique graphic identity representing its specific taste profile. With the introduction of each new release, the color palette is updated to reflect the characteristics of the microlot being featured.

You are invited to visit their Brew Bar located in the vibrant Dansaert District of downtown Brussels. Manned by their experienced baristas and roasters, the Brew Bar offers a space to savor and purchase their coffees, including a frozen menu featuring their all-time favorites. It's open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9h to 18h.

Their roastery, situated in the Magellan Parc at the Brussels canal, is where they meticulously roast small, consistent batches of coffee using their Probat P12 roaster. With each new coffee, they engage in profiling experiments to bring out the best flavors and characteristics unique to each batch. The roastery also houses green coffee storage, packing facilities, a cupping lab, a training room, and offices for their sales and support team.
