At their production facility they have two Diedrich company roasters: a 1 kg sample roaster for micro-lots and a 12 kg roaster for main roasts. The team closely monitors the roasting quality, documenting each roast's data in Cropster, measuring color and moisture of coffee beans, ensuring consistent roasting. To provide fresh coffee to customers, they roast twice a week: on Tuesdays and Fridays, sending out the same evening.
