Inspired by the quality and freshness of the food at Borough Market in London and recognizing the absence of specialty coffee in his hometown, Ralf launched The Barn. Initially conceived as a coffee-focused space, it quickly evolved. Within a year, Ralf envisioned opening his own roastery, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey that has become history.
