They used to roast coffee right in our café on a Giesen gas roaster from the Dutch company with a maximum capacity of 1 kg.
The advantage of a small-capacity roaster is that it allows a lot of experimentation with different profiles, and it's convenient for roasting coffee samples from suppliers. However, as time passed, we began supplying our coffee to other cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants. This led us to realize the necessity of establishing a larger roasting facility.
So, they relocated to the premises of the Krasnoe Sormovo factory and now utilize the capabilities of a second Giesen roaster with a capacity of up to 15 kg.
