They select only high-quality green coffee beans for roasting, personally traveling to the countries where they grow and constantly searching for unique and vibrant batches. They use a storage chamber with a capacity of 65 tons to maintain temperature and humidity.
At their production facility, they have two roasters of different sizes: one with a 6 kg capacity and the other with a 36 kg capacity. They roast most of their commercial coffee on the "Coffee Pro Direct" roaster, while single-origin, micro-lots, and nano-lots are roasted on the "Giesen" roaster. Having two roasters allows them to roast coffee on-demand and avoid keeping it in stock.
Their knowledge and skills are certified by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) and CQI (Coffee Quality Institute), and they have an active Q-Grader in their team.
