The coffee roasting facility in the mountains near the Black Sea in Sochi offers a splendid view, mountain-fresh air, and spring water. However, what truly stands out is the expertise of the head roaster, Denis, who possesses extensive knowledge of flavors. Since 2011, he has been involved in various aspects of the coffee business: sourcing green coffee beans from different countries, selling roasted coffee and roasting equipment, roasting coffee himself, and teaching others. As a roaster, he has twice achieved top placements in Russian championships and earned a Q-Grader certification.
Regarding the equipment, the production facility boasts professionalism with a climate-controlled warehouse, Probat and Giesen roasters, a destoner, a color sorter, and nitrogen-assisted packaging.
