DAK Coffee Roasters

Dak was started by two Canadians from Montreal, Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde. They love choosing beautiful and unique coffees, roasting them carefully to bring out the best flavors. Even though they're a small team of two, they always have a selection that includes some funky and experimental coffees along with more classic ones.

Before starting Dak, Louis-Philippe worked in Finance, and Veronique worked in Marketing. Coffee has always been a part of their lives, but their love for specialty coffee grew a lot in the past few years. They decided to follow their dream and open a coffee roastery, driven by their true passion for coffee and the excitement of endless discoveries.

For Louis-Philippe and Veronique, coffee is meant to be a positive part of everyone's day. While specialty coffee might sound fancy or exclusive, they believe everyone should be able to enjoy it. They want to make coffee fun for everyone.
