Their story begins in 2017, much like the tales of many other entrepreneurs and dreamers. At that time, while searching for great coffee, freshly roasted beans were surprisingly expensive and hard to find. So, a trio of young individuals, Vitaliy Semenov, Alexey Sazhnov, and Sergey Savchuk, decided to take action. They didn't aim to change the world, just a small corner of it.
They opened a small coffee shop in the Saratov region and established their own coffee roasting facility in Balakovo. Roasting their own coffee with equipment more antique than modern, they honed their craft, seeking nothing but perfection in every aspect of the experience.
Now, they are based in Saratov, roasting coffee on state-of-the-art equipment from Giesen. Through roasting and laboratory work, they create their products, each with distinctive qualities that resonate in the Cult Coffee Roasters brand. They embrace direct trade methods as a modern way of doing business, introducing a new concept to the coffee industry. They meticulously gather data, ideas, and best practices from all their partners, sharing them to enhance overall quality.
