For 9 years, they have been selecting green coffee beans on farms, roasting them at their production facility in Moscow, and working daily to ensure a delicious cup of coffee. Every person in their coffee chain—farmers, Q-graders, roasters, consultants, baristas—is proud of their work. They change the coffee variety every 4-5 months because coffee berry harvesting occurs at different times in various countries. This frequent change ensures their coffee is always fresh and tasty!
They operate on professional roasting equipment from Probat in Germany. To maintain consistent roasting quality and, consequently, enhance the flavor of the beans, they conduct tests and experiments with roasting recipes.
Their work level is continuously elevated through regular training and sharing experiences with European roasters, learning through specialized courses from The Specialty Coffee Association. They have already achieved certification levels: Q-grader, Sensory Skills, Barista Skills, Roasting Skills.
Moreover, one can purchase a pack of "Charitable Coffee," and the proceeds from its sale are sent to the Red Cross by the store.
