In 2015, they established a production facility, starting with a small roaster loading 1 kg, driven by great enthusiasm and interest in the product. At that time, the company was named "Cupitall," and they were the only coffee roasters in Tatarstan. It marked their initial venture and exploration in the field, aiming to test their skills and understand how coffee flavor could be influenced and how much the market needed such a product.
Over the next 2 years, sales grew, and the company's recognition increased in Kazan and beyond. They started roasting green coffee on a new roaster with a 5 kg capacity. Simultaneously, they continued learning, evolving, and searching for their identity.
The year 2019 became pivotal for them. They took a significant step in development: they completely revamped their branding, opened a roastery in the center of Kazan to show guests the roasting process, aiming to engage them even more in the beverage creation process.
By 2021, it became evident that expanding the team and acquiring a roaster with a larger capacity was necessary. This led to a move to a new spacious workshop and the purchase of a 20 kg capacity Trobart roaster.
