The company's journey began in 2005 when Gennadiy Troyanovskiy and his brother Vyacheslav sold Italian coffee in Russia. They later opened a coffee roasting workshop in 2011 and launched "TroBrat" in 2015, focusing on roaster and de-stoner production. Their pride lies in roasting coffee on their own equipment, overseeing the entire process.
In August 2019, they conceived August Coffee, named after the month. They embarked on sourcing coffee from Ethiopia, Brazil, and Colombia, simultaneously setting up the roasting workshop. Despite the pandemic challenges, they diligently expanded, even online.
Their primary coffee sources are Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia. They carefully selected farmers, prioritizing quality and fair trade principles.
The company actively engages in events, offering opportunities to explore and roast coffee. They provide a platform to purchase beans, accessories, and merchandise online, host cupping sessions, and organize championships for coffee professionals and enthusiasts.
